1. Who this agreement is with
Aura-36 (the "Site") is operated by , based in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
Aura-36 is a serialized fiction publishing site. Everything on it is free to read. There are no accounts, no subscriptions and nothing to buy. The Site is a set of static pages: it does not run a server that stores anything about you.
3. Age
The Site contains depictions of drug use and mature themes, and is intended for readers aged 18 or older. Because there are no accounts and nothing to sign up for, this is stated guidance rather than something the Site enforces.
4. Content ownership
All original story text, world-building, characters, and art on this Site are owned by the Site operator named in Section 1 unless otherwise noted. Fan-created content is discussed in the Fan content section of the Copyright notice below.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, redistributing, or reselling Site content without permission.
- No attempting to interfere with the Site or the systems it runs on.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and I may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid to use the Site, which is nothing, because the Site is free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the update. When something material changes I will update the Last updated date at the top of this page, and post a note in the Off-World Deck. There is no mailing list to notify, because the Site does not collect email addresses.

Privacy Policy

1. What I collect
Nothing. The Site has no accounts, no sign-up, no payment processing and no analytics. It does not ask for your name, your email address or any other personal information, and there is no server-side database holding anything about you.
2. What stays on your own device
A few conveniences — reading preferences, "continue reading" position, and progress in the mini-games — are saved in your browser's local storage. That data never leaves your computer, is never transmitted anywhere, and I cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
3. What I don't do
No advertising. No tracking pixels. No selling or sharing of data, because there is no data to sell or share.
4. Third-party services
The Site is a set of static files hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like almost every host, Cloudflare keeps standard server access logs — things like IP address, timestamp and the page requested — for security and abuse prevention. Those logs belong to Cloudflare and are handled under Cloudflare's privacy policy. I do not use them, and nothing on this Site sends them anything about you beyond the request your browser makes to load a page.
The only other outside service the Site points at is Discord, through the link on the Off-World Deck. Clicking it takes you off this Site and onto Discord, where Discord's own terms and privacy policy apply. Nothing is shared with them from here; the link is an ordinary link.
5. Your choices
You can clear the Site's local storage at any time through your browser's settings. Nothing else is held.
6. Children's privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 18, consistent with the Terms and the content rating on the Reader page. No personal information is collected from anyone, of any age.

All original story content, world-building, and artwork published on Aura-36 — including but not limited to The Founder's Passing's chapter text, the Lore codex, and the Atlas — is © 2026 the Site operator named in Section 1 of the Terms of Service. All rights reserved unless a specific page says otherwise.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to ctrlaltrazor@gmail.com including:
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The specific URL or page where the infringing material appears.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
This Site does not accept user-submitted content of any kind, so there is nothing here that somebody else uploaded. If that ever changes, this section changes with it.
Fan content
Fan art, fan fiction, fan theories, edits, translations and anything else made out of affection for this world are welcome, for free, as long as you are not selling them. Credit Aura-36 somewhere and you are fine; you do not need to ask me first.
Commercial use is different. If you want to sell something built on Aura-36 — prints, books, merchandise, anything with a price on it — write to me first at ctrlaltrazor@gmail.com. The answer is not automatically no.
